A letter to my son

You're almost two years old, little one.

Thank you, for making me your mom and giving me the joy of having you. 

You have made my heart over ten times bigger to hold all the love I feel for you.

I'm gratefull for all that you have given us, making our family complete and fully happy.

You make the sunny days brighter with your smile and the rainy days warmer with your laughter.

Your cuddles and kisses are the best gift I could dream of and I feel blessed to receive them every day.

I wish I could protect you from all that's scary in the world, but that's a difficult and nearly impossible task. 

So, I promise you, I'll be by your side, holding your hand step by step of the way.
